Acrylic on Canvas
A vibrant exploration of music through geometric abstraction, Abstract Violin 1 captures the elegant silhouette of a violin using interlocking shapes of red, gold, and muted purple. The fractured forms suggest movement, rhythm, and resonance, transforming a familiar instrument into a dynamic composition of color and line. The minimalist background emphasizes the violin's iconic form while inviting viewers to interpret the relationship between music, structure, and emotion. Rebecca Scina 2002
